REFUNDS

Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are welcomed all returned items must be in original condition, unused and unworn, in order to be eligible for a exchange.
Items cannot be accepted if returned dirty, containing pet hair or scents. It must be in re-sellable condition. We will handle the shipping cost of the exchanged item back to you, you will be responsible for shipping the return item back to us.
